I haven’t updated this blog for such a long time!
Since we’re into the hayfever season here in the UK, I imagine most people will be concerned with their seasonal allergic rhinitis and not their perennial allergic rhinitis, but no matter. There is a place for both here!
For me, the ‘hayfever’ section of my allergies happens at a different time to most sufferers, and I tend to get most of my annoying symptoms in early summer and then autumn, so at the moment I’m ok…. except when the heat and humidity and run-up to stormy weather stirs all the pollen into the air and keeps it there. Then I start to suffer with asthma symptoms, rather than hayfever.
How about you? Does the weather affect how bad your hayfever/rhinitis is?
I’ve gained some alleviation from chronic rhinitis irritation, and others might be interested at least to try it, if it might help.
I’ve been having a continual running nose and sneezing especially in the mornings and sometimes going on all day. I figured on two most likely causes: dust, and a change from warm to cold.
I thought I would create a mask with a handkerchief, so that my nose was covered as much as possible. Additionally I added some drops of Karvol to the hankie which I think helped. I found this greatly reduced my runny nose and sneezing. Other add-ons might also work, eg camphor, menthol, Vick, Kalpol. But the main thing is to shield the nose from irritation and cold air. Good luck.

Hello,
I finally found the best solution for rhinitis treatment !
The treatment I found is from the Oriental Medicine. I’ve been in Korea for a while now and since I arrived here I had so many Rhinitis, and breath problems because of the weather.
I’ve been to an Oriental Medicine clinic which has the best product for that kind of treatments. After one month of treatment all my diseases disappeared.
The Product is called RHINITA, and also A special Spray which are really efficient.
If you want more information please feel free to contact me, I would be pleased to help you and share our bad experiences because of that.
best regards, Romain.
